    ahaha, also, Quaristice was due on 3rd of march and they released the early mp3 on Jan 30th. So there's hope for today / tomorrow.

    THIS. I need this melody. I know man ! Btw, so cool to see you around here gl0tch ! I've been waiting for this melody for like 5 years now. listening to this live set, both the original and "remastered" version so many times, and every single time I'm thinking : I hope I'll still be alive the day this or anything from this makes it on a proper track. Best would finally to get soundboards though, these quaristice tour livesets were epic, happy I saw them live, but I want more :)

    Pixelives, you mentioned some tracks were reminecent of the livesets, there are some tracks / sounds I've been dying to hear on a proper quality from the quaristice / oversteps livesets, especially that track starting at 39' on the 2008 LA liveset which was recorded by a fellow watmmer at the time. Anything sounding a bit like it was born from this track on the album ? oh and most of all : thanks a lot for all the brilliantly described impressions so far, ace man.

    Speaking of Waffles and what.cd, is there any of you guys still using these ? How is this now ? Is what.cd still as cool ? I used to love what.cd, funny story of how I got banned like 2 years ago because I was inviting myself with other email adress I was topping the ratio because of my stupid french internet connection and closed NAT or whatever, so I was doing paypal donation to what.cd (and a cheap ass one, like 30 euros) to get an invite again and recreate an account, thinking that was tricky but happy to give them money for the wonderful platform / service their were giving me. I did this like 4 times over a year, I still remember today the surreal IRC conversation I had with a mod and explaining all this. Almost got unbanned but the guy was standing still on his position in the end. This was pretty intense : ) I've got a Waffle account since 2010 but haven't been there in a super long while, wasn't as good of a platform than what.cd, don't even remember my username / password.

    I've been following this thread and all these pages for awhile now, and honestly it's during times like this that watmm truly shines, makes me laugh and excited. Leak or no leak, these are good times, thank you fellas. On a side note, this as been discussed before, but I really don't understand Warp's strategy on this. Everyone in this thread, at least I hope so, has preordered the album already : A reasonable strategy would be to release within 2 weeks after the announcement and send the promos to music journalists / DJs / bloggers so that they get it the day of the announcement. Then put up a counter on bleep and let all the pepople preordering pre-download the album, and get it at midnight on the release day. But also, if they did this, wouldn't have these 120 pages of discussions / arguments / silly images, or maybe we would even have more, I don't know. I just hope that they release the mp3 / wav / flac on bleep soon now.

    Remember warp is an english label, 21/02/2010 isn't until 8 hours over there. I don't even know what's the source for that 21/02/2010 thing anyways, but it's still an entertaining little thing to wait for today. I'll check later.

    I've been listening to this since yesterday, and it seems pretty legit to me. A lot of their signature sounds, melodies... The only complain I would have is I was still expecting some tracks from the LA live quaristice tour to appear here somewhere, and there isn"t any. I can't wait to listen to this in a proper quality version, and separated tracks. Come on bleep, it's over now, just sell us the mp3, even if I'll get them with my special edition, I'm still willing to buy them.

    some promos are watermarked... I remember having a EL P promo, with a voice comin' up every 2min saying " this promo belongs to Matthew Stagner" or something like that. Matthew, you were the man !

    This is pretty funny, I remember the quarisitce " treasure hunt" we had 2 years ago here, I really loved it and it ended up showing itself on bleep. This time is the same kind of tresure hunt, but this time, our pal Twitter is here to help. I wonder how big Twitter's part is gonna be in this search for oversteps.

    I'm not desperate for it to leak as much as I was for quaristice.... But this might change in a couple of days.
