huge WTF about Dempsey. he's burnt his bridges at Fulham sadly, they look pretty decent (although the loss of Dembele is going to have an effect). Villa look in free-fall at the moment.
Berba may be heading back to Spurs...
Fee is agreed however there's no reason why Dembele has to agree it, and United could still agree a fee with Fulham too. He was immense against United, so I'm sure Fergie will be having a look (although he's said there'll be no more signings, and they're looking to sell (Anderson, Nani, Berba apparently).
Ahh cool, it wasn't that the gunslinger was bad, but just that a lot of friends had said how good the series was and I wasn't blown away. The second is getting very good though, although a bit to close to that 'unruly passenger' story from yesterday!
M'Vila is pretty similar to Tiote and Essien IMO, but a better passer. I like the Carrick-Cleverly midfield too. Carrick is a fantastic intercepter but he's poor in the air, and Cleverly even more so.
He's still not the type of midfielder that united are after. They need a destroyer next to Carrick, with the ability to drive forward. I think Tiote would be great, or Essien of old.
He had agreed personal terms with Juve, but it impacted their initial transfer fee. I think we still would've taken it, but a Juve coach was sacked last week so it may be that something dodgy was going on on their side of things and they withdrew.
As usual, arseblog says it for me.
Perhaps the 7 years without a trophy also swung it. It isn't just about the money, he wants to win some stuff too and even the most staunch Arsenal fan/RVP hater will admit that he'll have a better chance of winning stuff with United.

After a few false starts I think I've managed to get into Curb. Just watched the Porno Gill episode which was great. Especially...
