Some of you may have already seen this but did you know Hijokaidan and C.C.C.C. played on Italian TV back in 1997?

Yeah it’s available on cd. It’s kind of worth it for that first track you mention alone
The whole bootleg was named after that piece, or at least it sometimes was

I'll have to check this out. I haven't been entirely fair with my listens, I just keep hoping for something I'll like as much as I did Nebula Dance

This is great news! This bootleg had been circulating for some time, it's nice to see a proper and tidied up version of Queueing Down after all these years. I hope they make CDs of this one as they have for some of the live releases they've done recently

I'd love to hear his take on dancehall tbh.
Absolutely, couldn't agree more! Well, I'm sad now because I seem to have lost my copy of Passed Me By / We Stay Together

Personally, I am very excited for Three and how Hebden's music has taken so many turns. I don't disparage him for working with the likes of Skrillex and Fred again though it came as a big surprise. But the range of vibes and sounds that exist within his career is quite something to be celebrated.

Have enjoyed em in the past, this is good news

If it's not this, it's another recording of the same two playing the same raag. Only recently discovered for myself the talents of Ustad Bismillah Khan

I was going to shout out how overlooked his drumfunk/jungle project Quoit is but damn... sad to see someone who's made such great music and with such a radical bent go this way

im confident Exai 2 is coming
considering how SIGN & PLUS were Oversteps & Move of Ten in many different ways respectively
NTS and elseq to me felt to be somewhat in the same territory as Quaristice, though diving deeper. I can sort of see what you mean about the pairing of SIGN and PLUS with Oversteps and Move of Ten, on some tracks. But would we feel this way if all four didn't have artwork based primarily on circles? I'm not so sure. The last tune of l-event felt more immediately like something from those 2010 sessions. A spiritual successor to Exai would certainly be welcome, as would be one for Confield. But, honestly, if there's a group I feel I can truly count on for something totally new, it's definitely Sean and Rob.
