[Chiastic Slide]

chiastic slide hasn't stuck with me the way other ae albums have. i haven't spent much time with it yet, but it seemed too solid (refined) and banging (solid) to remain interesting. just a first impression though. i imagine it would be a good starting point for a newcomer

i bought ep7 cuz of the album art, never heard autechre before that. dropp hits hard, and the track that occurs right before it (not sure of the title, real repetitive, simple beat with "sucking" melody/drone)) is one of my favorites.
