  1.

    The Revenant.

Kind of awesome. Some pretty funny bits, specifically when

he has to use the dildo on his friends decapitated head to understand what he is saying.

yeah, lol. that horse-gore-shelter was pretty out there as well.

a horse giving birth to a leo, that was the best scene...

I was so so so so so confused by my post until I looked at the date.

  2. Mr. Robot - duunnnno about this. A hacker with a fish named QWERTY? Corny. Not so sure about Christian Slater either. Why? Just...why.

I appreciate that they cast Rami Malek as the lead, he was great in The Pacific.

Penny Dreadful - First season was interesting, though a bit slow. Second season has started strong, really liked the episode 4. I was a bit surprised to see Patti LuPone cast in the series, kind of felt out of left field, but her character was pretty awesome. The least interesting storyline in the show is Victor Frankenstein's, IMO. Really dislike the actor playing John Clare/Frankenstein's monster. It feels very forced.

The Jinx - your interview eye twitches ain't doing you any favours mate.

    nor are his Guilty Burps.

  3. It Follows

dope. had a sort of strange "Black Hole" vibe to it. strange throwback horror movie w/o being heavy handed (like when Jason is killing off everyone who is having premarital sex in Friday the 13th). very dreamy. filmed in Detroit. 8/10 would watch again.

  4. the flash pilot is was really nice, pretty much how i imagine comic books to be having never read one. it's fast paced, peppered with light-hearted lols, nice cgi and fun characters, somewhat reminiscent of sam raimi's spidermans. it's like the opposite of that recenlty launched gotham turd with it's self serious and forced "darkness and corruption" over everything.

Strangely impressed with this show as well, mostly because I avoid CW produced shows at all costs. It definitely has that sappy/schlocky feel, but it works well for the show. I am curious to see how much they explore The Flash's powers, simply because they get really nutty (like using the matter created by his speed to form solid objects).

  5. No, i really like it as well. I just think it is hilarious that he looks like the mid to late 90's era scrub that I was all too familiar with growing up (my brother being an unabashed Fubu/BOSS wearing acolyte), but the music is strangely wicked.

respect for the nod to the Fred McGriff White Turtle Neck Incident. Never forget.

  6. Texas Chainsaw massacre 2

Really odd film in many senses - Toby Hooper returning to direct after 14 or 16 years, completley changing the tone of the film from gritty, proto-found footage to almost cartoon like black comedy, and where he had cleverly hidden the gore in the first film here he displays it to an ultra-violent level. It goes back and forth between genuinely cool and then naff exploitation flick, usually on purpose but sometimes you question otherwise...

tis' pretty funny how they re-made the Breakfast Club poster:

I remember watching TCM pt 2 as a kid and being extremely uncomfortable.

  7. OK I will try to explain it.

So these Freegans are all about to sit down for dinner, and they have just introduced a new person in to their ranks (reluctantly), and they hand her a straight jacket that she has to wear at the dinner table. When she arrives in the room, they are all seated wearing straight jackets AND FUCK THESE PEOPLE FUCK I HATE THIS MOVIE FUCK FDSFJDSFKSDFJDJsZGJGJDKGjZSDJSGJKDJGKJSDGKJSDGKJS
