  1. I got the deleted "4 Red Calx" in 320kbps with frequencies up to 20khz. If you speed up "4 red calx[slo]" by exactly 100% into half the time, the timing matches up 100% perfectly. I assume rich did the reverse to make his slow.

I don't know if I'll keep this modified version myself, seems kind of like blasphemy. What do you guys think?

    tl;dr

320kbps of the deleted 4 Red Calx by speeding up 4 red calx[slo] by 2x. Do they match up perfectly?

  2. Haven't seen '7 Cutting' mentioned at all. Anybody else a big fan of it?

It vaguely reminds me of one of my favourite Aphex songs, 'Freeman, Hardy and Willis Acid', with that piercing snare and the monolithic bass underneath everything.

its one of my favorite tracks

reminds me of steinvord - untitled. i think its proof rdj is steinvord tbh

  3. I think 28 organ is one of the most harmonically rich tracks I've ever heard from rdj. Been messing with it on a break at work and it sounds like it starts off in Bb, modulates to Db at 3:40, E at 5:30, and finally ends up in B minor from 6:25 to the end. 6:25 onward is practically baroque style voice leading. Absolutely beautiful stuff.

wish i knew what any of this meant

oh well ill just listen and enjoy lol

  4. Sorry if covered already. This newly uploaded Vibert Remix is brand new to ppls ears right? As its not the track that won the competition?

it is the track that won the competition, and it is also brand new to our ears

that other one we thought won the competition (scirem) is just some other random rdj track that had nothing to do with the competition
