I was expecting it to find a decent chilled rhythm at 0:28 right after the heavy panning, and then being able to lean back and enjoy some decent hiphop beats and a simple little melody. Also I'm not a big fan of the snare. It goes right into my brain. Yes, it sounds as though that's what you're setting up for and is in my opinion where this track should be taken. Post 00:20-00:28 is awful.
