Sleep deprivation thread

as for the melatonin, i tried that, and it was incredibly effective the first day, after that i would get this sudden "incredibly tired" for about 4 minutes, and then faded out.

Sometimes it seems to fade out for me too, but the key is to actually go to bed. It doesn't fade out at that point, as you're letting your body relax. I usually read a bit too, and I'm done in.

Yeah, imo you should try melatonin again Smetty.

ill try melatonin again once i feel like putting up the money for it.

 

 

i dont really get it though, im probably the healthiest ive been in my adult life, constant exercise, try to maintain a sleep schedule (though that has to be done with sleep meds), i think anxiety is the largest problem for me...i can't sleep unless i can convince myself i am utterly exhausted.
