I'm glad to hear the amount of good things being said here, I think this is the first track I've made that isn't utter shite @ awepittance: Yeah I hate the 808, 909 cliche drum samples, especially in IDM music because its supposed to be about sounding unique and futuristic, and the 808 clap may have sounded futuristic if it had been released in the 1800's Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest bigs Posted December 6, 2009 Share Posted December 6, 2009 i like it! all the stuff you do with the bassline is pretty sweet, though it is a bit irritating at the start. autechre influence is pretty heavy, but there's a lot more warmth in this tune than there is in theirs and its pretty neat. reminds me of tewe meets rale meets rae.
