he played with professional NFL caliber running backs.

besides who needs an RB with duper and clayton. he had all the tools necessary to win a championship but couldnt get it done. elway is a champion, marino is not.

as an aside, let's argue about avatars. dear aciphakist, do you realize how fucking dumb your avatar is? there appears to be some sort of watermark or otherwise illegible print at the bottom of it that makes it look like some sort of stock photo from istockphoto.com. also it seems to have a very shitty default photoshop effect that kind of blurs the edges out. upon further investigation i believe that the illegible print is some sort of spam or URL that you would like the observer to visit. therefore you are a whore. also that means you give a fuck AND you have a fucking dumb avatar, which is a terrible combo.

there's a significant difference between NFL caliber RBs and Super Bowl winning RBs.

No Terrel Davis for Elway...no first Super Bowl.

(ps i don't really know what I'm talking about with hand egg)

i'm trying to think of the RB who won all the superbowls for the patriots this decade

a champion QB will get it done. it comes down to come-from-behind 4th quarter drives, and those are all on the QB and his receivers, there's no time for RBs. champion quarterbacks put the team on their shoulders and find a way to win. elway, montana, brady

that RB for the pats was Peyton Manning ;)

It's interesting that you would mention 4th quarter drives

PS I know that Manning was a passer not a runner, juss sayin.

fair enough, marino had a comparable number of 4th quarter comebacks.

in marino's only super bowl appearance, he went 29-50 with 1 TD and 2 ints. pretty mediocre. by comparison, john elway runs a steakhouse that has some of the most delicious steaks i've ever had.

Fuck no, you think I play from tapes?

WTF Fred?

just curious.

disagree. i've always been interested in instand self gratification, but the difference now is that i am no longer interested in amusing monkeys like you. also, disagree that i'm a cunt. i'm a purveyor of truth, and if this comes across as a negative cuntish thing, then it's because you are a bad person.
