The only thing I remember is one scene where they talk about a whole bunch of office workers who got affected from low frequencies coming from a factory on the other side of the river. Anyone? I think there was a woman by a flight path and here windows were producing subsonic frequencies from the resonance and was driving her crazy. Could be a Horizon documentary ...
