(its a personal choice mind you) I probably only like 5 of the tracks on chosen lords. FENIX-FUNK PITCARD CRYING IN YUR FACE PWSTEAL.LDPINCH.D XMD 5A BUT Its all pretty original stuff! anybody prefer other tracks? (or anyone like Lisbon Acid?) (maybe its a grower) reunion is for sure a grower, cilonen is great as well. i gotta buy me analord 5.. i luv it anyways,,, this guy definatley just played the cd through once and wrote up his review while listening to it not saying that he needed to listen to it more cause it's a grower or something. this guy obviously just doesn't get it but yeah, perhaps it is a grower cause at first listen to analord 10 i was like "wtf, y is this shit so expensive>?" this guy is a twat though he should have given it more of a chance rather then brushing off rdj as crap. he should give the twin a chance. he is well respected for a reason "pretty good" is not the right answer lol. phudoshin Posted May 3, 2006 Share Posted May 3, 2006 as usual i don't think the album format gives justice to aphex twin's music and its certainly the case with CL. individually i think the tracks are fantastic and work best in a live set... and rdj has played a lot of them over the years live. in album format, they're toally in the wrong context. hense probably why the 12"s came out first - to play as they were meant to be. i got the cd but would much rather lsiten to the tracks in a mix.
