Maybe it's because I've exclusively watched the Danish league for the last couple of months. But teams are already playing incredible.. so much speed. This could become an incredible finale.

And it's nice to hear a good atmosphere in a Champions League finale, for once.

First Half Thoughts -

Robben has been shit (he does this in every final, lol)

Bayern midfield in Bender and Reus' pocket

Lewandowski is a pleasure to watch, the way he gets pass defenders, woof.

Dortmund silly offside trap almost cost them

Dortmund the better team but you have to fear for them, Bayern look like scoring every chance they get.

ps Lewandowski

I agree about Robben. It's deja vu. He does everything right up until the moment it matters most, then he shasses the ball or squirts in his drawers. I'd have to look at replay, but I think Mueller was totally fucking alone on that failed Dortmund trap where Robben hit Weidenfeller in the face (the first time). The simplest of crosses would have been 1-0 Bayern.

Anyway, all about the goalkeepers so far.

I dont know what Mandzukic's role is in this final, hes not the target man so i dont know, he tried to knock it down to Muller once but thats about it.

Bayern should stop trying to get behind Dortmund's defense and just try to cross to Mandzukic or Muller.

Ribery needs to wake the fuck up as well.

I actually don't know who to cheer for.

I really love Dortmund as a club and I've been cheering for them, for the most of the tournament. But Bayern have been so incredible this year, that they actually kind of deserve it.

edit:

lol

goal just as I posted that

Robben with a shass that gets converted. Come on though, Dortmund, we need this to go more than 90...

Dortmund out of gas?

Robben, Ribery and Mandzukic the worst 3 players of the first half linking up, lol they heard me.

Hummels so lazy, ugh.

Dortmund needs to score quick, they already look tired and defeated.

They need to attack and get Dante defending, hes on a yellow,

Yeah, Hummels has been a stalwart right up until that moment. WTF, he was like casually walking back to mark Mandzukic...

SUBOTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that was one of the greatest defending i've ever seen.

Bayern loosing the plot, one of their players will get sent off before the match ends.

ALABA what a shot and what a save.

This is without a doubt the best final since Liverpool-Milan 05

lol

The danish commentators thought that was a goal (Lewandowski's shot)

can you imagine if that goal counted?

lol @ poor Mueller, he just didn't have the pace to outrun Subotic...

Looks like Lewandowski stamped Boateng, nullifying Ribery's elbow.

That would have been something else.

Last time I've watched a game this good was when Dortmund and Bayern meet in the German cup finale last year.

I'd watch German football over Spanish football, any day of the week.
