The basis - the dissolving, screetching bit - was made a long time ago by means I don't remember. The tonal elements are most likely guitar, looped, with either recorded or otherwise generated "cymbal screetch" sounds superimposed. My sample library is full of my own sounds, and some of them were made years ago. Much more recently, I made the intro and outro -- they are from the same sound source -- and everything was edited in Ableton. Sorry I can't be more specific. Hope this helps!
