What happened to The Quietus review? It's down.
-
that description sounds nothing like the cosecha transmissiones trailer music
-
17 more days until it's released

boc boners are throbbing across the globe
-
Oh shit. I need to hear this album.
-
they told us about this too far in advance. can't take it.
-
yes! that's what i meant to say
-
funny how the fakers almost always offer beatless tracks. NOONE can fake convincing BoC drum work.
chaosmachine's original fake wasn't bad. the old Dave from 2001 tracks too.

We should write our own version of Random Access Memories with our own interpretation of the track titles.
I call Touch!
-
I thought they were going to record grooves and then sample them which would have been brilliant. Instead, it seems they simply sought to recreate a bygone era. More emulation than inspiration.
I like a handful of the tracks. And I think they could do amazing things with these songs live (like they did with the Human After All songs which were also pretty bad as an album).

People who like the song Touch, please explain why. All I hear is fucking Liberace vocals that make me want to destroy all sound playing devices.
-
I'm still not ready to judge the album as a whole. So far, I love Get Lucky and Doing It Right.
the song Touch is so bad, it makes me cringe. The rest is somewhere in between. There are some decent tracks. Whoever is loving Game of Love needs to have their head checked. It's like all elements of a classic Daft Punk track constructed in a way as to achieve the least desirable result.
This is one strange and perplexing album.

is this an article or an advert?
-
you can torrent it pretty easily
-
Lose Yourself To Dance is great
-
surprisingly mellow album so far. :/
Game of Love made my wiener soft. Giorgio is great.
goddamn I can't take these fart noises.
-
Still the best BOC fake going. Dave from 2001 had some amazing fakes back in the day too. "Mistaken for Treeline" was fucking phenomenal.

Please post all discussion of how many e-mails you did/didn't receive here

It seems like the only people who preorder are die-hards. So that's cash in their pocket right now with no immediate reward in our hands. They should reward fans for doing it.
isn't the whole point of a pre-order to ensure that you get a copy of something that is of finite production?
surely that's reward in and of itself?
Yeah thank god I preordered all those albums that are completely impossible to find now.
