To me, these aren't tracks so much as chapters in a story.

Waiting for the vinyl is just grandstanding Oscilik. Fumi the only thing I can say is that I think they've purposely avoided having tracks that standout. That's the impression I get from the interview. More than any other past work, I think they were going for a true album experience. So if you are going to enjoy this album, you're going to have to enjoy it that way rather than hoping it will meet your expectations for what a BOC album should sound like. This album is definitely different. Thank god! It's up to you to decide whether you're able to be open to what comes next or whether you're going to keep hoping for them to repeat a pattern that you find satisfying.

Pretty rad to think there are people who are just discovering BOC for the first time. They'll like TH and decide to check out older albums and they'll hear MHTRTC and IABPOITC for the first time. Jealous

there are dozens of moments on this album where I think i hear a melody from one of their older tracks but then it's gone. i love that.

I know Semena Mertvykh is the track from the teaser video. But it isn't completely the same? It seems like that teaser version was more minimal than the album track.

it's the synth loop from the Adult Swim/NPR/record store day etc. "transmissions." Including that little clip on the album is sort of a tip of the hat to the fans I suspect.

The old tunes rips are probably the only versions of those songs that we will ever hear. Unless you buy that thing on eBay. You're going to hear tomorrow's harvest in two days dude. Who put sand in your panties?

Dude, you've been waiting for this thing to release for eight years. Wouldn't it be a shame to make a hasty conclusion and miss out on something great?

Lumpy don't start drawing grand conclusions about the album from that recording. You do yourself and the album a disservice.

It's a relic from old radio and television. Numbers stations also signal the beginning of their broadcasts with an identifier.

it would have been cool if the water they where giving out had LSD in it. would have been cool if the huge tsunami of lsd water roared down the hill and the bros were surfing down it on dozens of promotional 12"s lashed together with BoC stickers then when the crowd awoke after tripping balls for 24 hours they had free merch in their hands but couldn't remember how or why. And while the participants had no memory of this magical night, Skytree awoke in a playground 865 miles from Lake Dolores, bombarded by returning memories of the greatest meditation of his life.
