  1. No dog deaths at this point. They're the only thing that have not been killed "yet". 2nd season is better than the first.
  2. it's good for network tv, probably the best thing on network tv, for whatever that's worth. it's fairly ridiculous, particularly in terms of plotting, because it's "hannibal," which is honestly a bit silly? But it's also very watchable and pretty dark for network tv. it's objectively much better than/darker than, say, Dexter. There is some legitimately arresting imagery, a good deal of which does not seem particularly networky, and a good deal of which is also way better than you'd expect from this particular franchise (post-Silence of the Lambs, I mean). The main actors are good. Mads Mikkelsen owns the character now. And for some reason Scott Thompson from Kids in the Hall is in it, and a super reserved Gillian Anderson. The casting is a bit weird and, maybe because of nothing more than my own expectations, makes for some tonal inconsistency; in hindsight the casting might be kind of clever. I enjoy trying to determine whether Laurence Fishburne is losing weight or gaining weight in any given episode (I actually think he might be losing quite a bit at this point!). pretty accurate. The show is most definitely flawed. But, I'm really down with the strengths baph alluded to. I think the whole first season is streaming on Amazon Prime, so I'll give the show a look. Sounds like it'll be pretty and interesting at the very least. Fanks u guice! Actually the first season was dicey. Very 50/50 on it. I wasn't gonna bother with the second season, but being home most Friday nights I tuned in. Pleasantly surprised with the 2nd season. 2nd season opener was pretty tight. I think it's stronger & more confident of a show now, albeit still flawed.

  4. You can defend it man. It's not the great show the viewership would indicate. But, it's far from the worst show on the telly like this thread would have you believe.
  5. This guy could have driven through much more "interesting" areas of Detroit whilst bumping his DMX/Ska mash-up or whatever the fuck that was. Pretty bland drive really.
  6. Kinda comic orientated. names are changed for the show. In the finale, a few other signs were people screaming from the locked up warehouse & the pile of discarded bones when they were running through terminus. And the writers are really having Tasha yar push the plates of meat. A little on the nose imo. So yea, hipster cannibals. Also, the show Hannibal covers, and will continue to cover the cannibal topic much more interestingly. Don't know why the WD would even bother with it when it will be done in a most shitty fashion....most probably
  7. Had quite the laugh at how stealthily Joe's group of misfit bandits snuck up on Rick & Michonne without making barely a noise.
  8. fuck yes lol lol. Cant wait for the hollywood movie by one mr. michael bay.
  9. He did a poo in the bin and it stank yeah i think rick is on the way out. 3 seasons seems enough for him. he has been sidelined recently so he could bow out. the talking dead announcement cemented it - although last time someone died and they were on talking dead, did they actually announce they would be on? Not sure about all the deaths, but I think most were set to appear on the show when it correlates to their characters demise. Daryl's bro, Hershel etc. I don't think Rick has appeared on talking dead to this point, which leads me to think he takes one to the dome. Don't particularly care, just wack somebody/ies at this point.
  10. :prepares for her character to be executed prior to sufficient development:
  11. Quite possibly. I'll go with maggie. The foreshadow of making Glenn burn her polaroid lends itself to her biting it. (He won't have her photo to remember her by) Then Glenn can turn that Tara chick str8 if ya kna' whut I mean...
  12. agreed on the chili. beth chili with some saltines. Michelle MacClaren directed the upcoming season finale. She did several episodes of Breakin' Bad. That's something (All dependant on the shit script she got I suppose as to the quality.) There's supposed to be a major death, AMC heads gave it a trepadatious go ahead. The curtain will close on Rick is my guess. The promo is Rick heavy & he's on Talking Dead after the finale. no more "CARL!", "KERL!", "KRRRRRLLLL!"
  13. It wasn't as creepy in person tbh. More like an amazing business strategy + cash grab. They know that we're all suckas for our daughters.
  14. Don't mess with stray cats in Detroit. But don't worry, cat was put down for rabies check. [youtubehd]o-oVhu2fu20#t=19[/youtubehd]
  15. I think the creepy kid from Back to the future 3 has something to tell Rob. [youtubehd]zq5-6PkVGCg[/youtubehd]
