Debt collection shit that isn't yours isn't fun. I received a letter and phonecall because some dude with the same name AND birthdate as me is racking up debts somewhere in London. I mean the name being the same is one thing, but born on the same day? Unimaginative parents in naming us I guess...

Just completed Tomb Raider but my mission progress is saying 99% despite everything being collected in the game. Bullshit! Fantastic game though.
Did anyone see this months PS Plus games? Those are bullshit too.
The Vita lineup is decent because of cross buy.
PS3 lineup is horrific though.
To be fair, it's been amazing for most of the time I've been on it so one or two crap months isn't too bad. And I'll be getting a Vita soon so I can take advantage of the endless 'free' games I have for that. Muramasa is first on the list methinks.

When you don't drink and everyone else in the known world does, you might as well being saying 'go fuck yourself and your mother', what with some of the looks I get when I politely turn down drinks or nights out getting wasted every day of the week. I thought alcohol was optional? When did it become mandatory? I don't mind a vodka and coke but man, fuck off with your endless nights out spending all my cash! I'm fine hanging out being sober and not broke.
Plus, the whole thing about 'it tastes better the more you drink it' is pretty stupid. This faulty logic can apply to everything inedible: dogshit, arsenic, copper wiring...if you endlessly force yourself to imbibe something you don't like, of course you'll eventually find it delicious, like some kind of Stockholm Syndrome of the taste buds. 'You'll find it delicious when you grow up' my arse.
And don't get me started on Guinness. Is Guinness Irish for 'sawdust'?

Does anyone think that the Japanese disc with the bonus track will be really valuable in the long term?
Geogaddi had a Japanese bonus track and only sells for ¥2000 on discogs
Yeah Japanese albums aren't limited edition (unless specifically a limited edition version of course) so not really, no. I've picked up a few Japanese only albums on ebay for not much, with no bidding competition from other people.

I remember getting Exai digitally a month before release (with 24bit wavs also!), whether it's intentional or not is unknown. Also, for some reason I pre-ordered TH and got flac, wav + 24bit wav as well, even though I definitely didn't buy them.
My bleep account is cursed with gifts of extra digital formats. Not complaining. I wish I'd gotten 24bit Reachy Prints though.

Not sure if this is allowed but a book I wrote is currently free on Amazon should you want a free kindle book about a detective trying to rescue a child held hostage without being able to tell anyone. Should be free for another day or so, and even when not free is under a £1/$1.

Going by reviews alone, my book was better received in America than the UK. I prefer the American review myself.

Squarepusher's track 'On Crack' was an alright Japanese bonus track. You might be right, it could be nothing.
I think Squarepusher's mostly on crack these days. Or, if he's come off of it, he could do with going back on it: his albums are super disappointing lately.
But I would be quite happy being wrong, as I said. More to listen is fine.

Dunno, all of those unreleased tracks sound ok when recorded with crappy phones and cameras! Who KNOWS how ok they'll sound when we hear them in their digitally compressed glory!
I been wondering this too, many a song I've heard somewhere and thought it was great only to hear the studio version and the magic is not there at all. Let's hope Aphex hasn't taken up arms in the loudness wars.

Eh, I can live with the LCD screen really, especially if the battery life is better. Knowing Sony, they'll do a redesign that's slimmer AND with an OLED screen next year so I've probably jumped the gun.
