Oh man this seems cool but where should I start? Vol. 1 or get something else of his first? It seems I can only bandcamp most of it, unless the discs are still available somewhere?

CASTING THREAD RESURRECTION SPELL
Amber is actually the only Autechre album I'm not really sold on. Sounds a bit redundant after Incunabila, and the tracks on the Garbage EP are more interesting imo, ironically. That said, there have been albums I've started off not liking and ended up becoming a massive fan of, so who knows.

No post on a Sunday = no parcels containing music, comics or other long awaited items.
When I am king, postmen will be forced to work all hours of the day.

Dropped a cookie on the floor which rolled under the fridge and is now too dirty to eat. FML

My mom blocked me on Facebook ;__;
I only keep an account to know what the Gasman is up to, along with a few comic artist friends. I deleted my 8 year old twitter account happily enough but facebook has things I can't follow anywhere else. A conundrum indeed.

I have the opposite problem Mr G: I've lost a couple of stone in the last year or so (16kg/32lbs?), and all my clothes are oversized now, especially the cool t-shirts/jackets I've built up over the years. Not that I was ever huge but I definitely had a few too many kilos on myself, but now I'm within the normal range for my height which is good, but still...I look like I've suffered a serious illness, which is also another problem...
Why is it when you lose weight everyone assumes you have cancer? It is really that hard to fathom that perhaps I INTENDED to lose weight? Not to mention that the people saying it are often morbidly obese? Not even a 'Well done'? Honestly!

This album is super amazing, and I love the overall negativity of the album which is swept away once New Seeds gets going, which is my favourite song on it (seriously, listen to New Seeds again and tell me it's not a pearler). I love their earlier stuff but I think this might be their fave of mine.
Me and a coworker came to the conclusion that this album is drier, dustier compared to their earlier work, as if everything's dead and gone. All of the moisture that was in their earlier work has drained out for this one. In a good way.
I might have gone too Pitchfork with my thoughts. tl;dr: it's the shit

Thanks! Aleksi seems like one of those artists where everything is quality so I don't think I'll be disappointed with what i get. Time to raid the bandcamp.
