aquaman is probably the worst super hero i've ever seen (and, as spi will tell you, i've seen'em all). worse than captain america, worse than spiderman three, superman returns, thor 2, etc. from the opening shots to the very end the movie is remarkably bad
it's honestly worth seeing for how bad it is (but i wouldn't pay for it)

i built a black cross check in 2015 (or maybe 2014?) and got hit and totalled about 6 months later. i then built a pacer frame up with cross check components but wish i'd just gotten another cross check. the seat post is currently froze in it so i'm just commuting no my single speed. the cold and wind has been absolutely awful the last few days. can't wait for the weekend.

i'm ashamedly tempted to get one to put a pi in. i'm not going to though. i will probably upgrade my retoripie to a pi4 if they release one next year.

The synth engines are oddly basic
Yeah this, but I remember reading/hearing somewhere that they would add more engines with future firmware updates ?
I'm currently trying to add polyrhythm to my productions, it just so easy with this unit haha. Really makes me want to jam at all time.
i'm assuming through app integration that there will be synth/sample packs that can be purchased and loaded.

How are you guys finding integrating this with other pieces of kit ? I do like it and I travel a lot for work so something like this would be neat , but , ... I wouldn't want to make tracks solely with this (without using it obv hard to say) ...
i just got a usb-c - mini-usb cable yesterday so looking to at least hookit up with the op1 and see what i can get. hopefully moving my whole studio in the next week or so

been having tons of fun with it in the car and in bed before sleep (much like the op1). missus has been fond of everything i've done when i plug it up to the car aux (or at least says she is).

I'm super keen. The weakness of nanoloop for me has always been the unreliability of old handhelds; if this unit has good battery life and sound, it'll be a real game changer.
i'm still hard for the hyperkin ultra gameboy. aluminum case, lion rechargeable battery, and a real screen for ~$100. announced in jan, supposed to be out this summer but not heard anything in like 9-10 months =\
its interesting moving the start button over with the face buttons. makes sense but definitely unexpected.

mine arrived yesterday (with a very cheap obvious in house note to update the fw). didn't get much time to deal with it with construction going on at the house and the missus sick w/flu.official guide: https://teenage.engineering/guides/op-zintro tutorial vids are up now too:notes: the previously mentioned "glow in the dark paint" on the face which was supposed to aid use in the dark was nixxxed (without any mention before purchase). also, many users are reporting battery life somewhere around 4-5 hours. significantly less than the formerly marketed "now you can fly the atlantic 4 times back and forth, sequencing complete songs on 16 dedicated tracks before you run out of power." hopefully a fw issue. haven't had a chance to personally verify yet.also, the thing is fucking sharp. like i read people joking about it a couple of days before mine arrived. but legitimately the thing is a good bit heavier than i thought it'd be and every corner is super sharp.

i honestly haven't had many problems with pub since 1.0. other than their server downtimes are during some of what would be some of my peek play times (probably to accommodate asian market where they are still much bigger i think).
had a number of boots/crashes with blops4 in the first few days but after being away from it for about 5 days there was a 9gig patch and had no errors last nite. positional sound still sucks dick in blops though

got my first blops4 chicken dinner last nite. game's p fun but still not as good as pub

I caved and bought Blops 4. Blackout mode is cool if you like killing one person then getting sniped 15 minutes later by the second other person you encounter. The regular COD multiplayer is the same stuff as all the other games with some new modes, seems fine. I don't play the zombie mode and there's no campaign because who cares.
I will get though so many audio books while playing this mindless shit.
blackout is pretty fun. have a few second place finishes (last one was with 5 kills) but haven't been able to close yet as i'm still learning some of the mechanics/utilities. main gripe is wishing you could change between auto/single shot with more of the assault rifles (there's only one semi auto dmr). got second in my first ffa and won the second owning with that ridiculous cordite class.
It's pretty good. At least people don't build shit when you shoot at them.

just got 100%/plat in Neir Automata, deleted my data after the credits and all that. now it's time to never play it again. good game though. not sure if i liked it more than the OG Neir, though it's been a while since i played it.
How long was it? I didn't even know this game existed but I googled it and looks p good, might have to pick it up.

I bought dragon quest xi because of you guys and so far I'm pretty bored. I love the enemy design, but that's about it.
i bought it and did the pro sound track mod. started playing it and heard the english vo and immediately turned it off. couldn't switch it to jp. i guess i could just turn the vo off entirely. just haven't had time to go back to it with how much pub i'm still playing (sadly)
