make (re-make?) the one that's just the iconic æ front-center.

aiii yep maybe should.    should it be the ' collection permanente ' one, aviable anytime,

like 4 example the  'classic_aphex_logo_white_print_on_black_shirt'  wich seems to be always aviable in any size since years  (more or less)

    Spoiler

.....but maybe ae don't give much a fuck about it and would prefer claims tracks and gigs as a main money income rather than shirts merch, just because........ dunno...   whatever

...edit : in fact, actually just wondering how the money is shared % between music artist / original visual designer / shirt designer /  music label / shirt fabric etc....

  2. actually thinking,  the : [ watmm suggestions  >> youtube listen >> discogs check >> bandcamp grab ]  scheme, is pretty rewarding to my soul since a few year.

big up watmm diggers ? ?

........(- or well, soulseek if either - no bandcamp aviable  or - no money to spend currently :)

edit : this and also sean's mixlr dj sessions ?

  4. I was thinking about making a post about what I feel about this liveset, because I listened to it a lot in the las month. so those previous posts comes on time ?

here's my take on it :

anxienty : quite like yeah, but more  darkness  than anxiety I would say . I mean it does not drive me anxious listening to it, but yeah it's goosebumping somehow

the set starts very dark and spooky,    then light come out  out of the darknes at ~ 1/4 of the set. then spooky things again for the middle, then beauty out of chaos at the end  (I'm referring to the helsinki set)

when listening to this set, I really feel some kind of slow swing between fear and hope, spookyness and beauty, dark and light, all this while imaginigg a high-tech, post-apocalyptic atmosphere , like human survivals trying to escape big mecha-cyborgs monsters trhough a ruined city.

or in a more concrete point of view, it also just matches very well with the sadness and dread this fuking world evoke  us, all this war, poverty, pollution, yet everyone tries to get his way trough.

in a few world, I found this set  very well crafted in terms of emotions, a nice scenario... A BEAUTIFUL CONTEMPORARY POEM.

  5. just finished "the playlist"  (short thing,  like 6 or 8 episodes as a whole )

based on the story of the creation of Spotify.  the buisness aspect of it.

quite a good take on the subject. tough, even it seems based on a true story,   it's still more a movie  than a true investigation documentary.

    I enjoyed it anyway.

  6. ah hah , I just watched the movie "drunk" last night ....and I guess this meme relates to it.

..but eh, I just hope this is humour and you didn't actually fucked up your life somehow

    cheers

but nevermind, cool to hear and share ?

  8. sign / plus have been on the turntable (or computer) quite often since release.

but last month it was helsinki soundboard that got the most play counts.

ps : I don't agree with some folks saying ecol4 is in the  setlist of the 2022 liveset (or even speeded up ecol4 or so) , it might share some sounds but it's definitely a different track in this liveset, according to me.

Any Phoenecia fans here familiar with some of the schematic comps at the turn of the millenium? Specifically Lily of the Valley is so good, and I love the tracks Phoenecia submitted. Bit different from the LPs for sure.

oooh yes ! I forgot about this one. it's a great comp. we listened to it a lot with friends back in the days. now you got me re-discovering it ?

this one has some good tunes too : (iirc it was released a few years later)

edit : just realising, by browsing schematic's bandcamp, how huge their back catalogue is...
