And it was way bigger than the other ones I've done. This one was ALMOST the size of a normal-sized pizza. We had some friends over the other day and we finished off dinner with a pizza with nutella and mascarpone.

Made a diifferent kind of dough today - a 70% hydration dough. This is by far the best one so far! Not gonna post any photos because rhmilo's wife won't let him have a pizza oven.

The delay happened back in October 2019, so unless they had a bat in their mouth, I don't think it anything to do with Covid-19. Yeah, I might just try and tag them. But I don't want to come off as being an entitled little asshole.

I didn't want to create a new thread about this, so I'm just gonna post this here... How far should one bother to go in order to get what was promised by a customer support? We're talking about a company that does hardware and software here. Long story short: my order got delayed by two months and I was promised a plugin for free. Ever since I told them, "Thank you and I would like THIS plugin" I haven't heard back from them. I've emailed them four times since and I haven't heard a word. With everything going on in the world I feel like it would be the most tone deaf thing to tag them in a tweet, but this is just getting silly. I actually saw a minor celebrity on Instagram tagging them because he had bought some of their hardware which didn't work as advertised and they immediately contacted him in order to prevent a celebrity-forest-fire.

I'm kinda reluctant to show the photo of one of the pizzas I made last night because the cutting board looks kinda dirty from the six other pizzas I had made and you can't really see the air bubbles in the crust. But...

Yeah, around every 20 second. But it's super easy and it only takes 90 seconds for the pizza to be done so you rotate it like 4 times.

Good! I forgot to mention that I added prosciutto to that pizza as well and the extreme heat from the oven basically turned it into bacon. The potatoes still had a bit of bite because it only takes 90 secs for the pizzas to be ready so they didn't have time to cook. It was great but I was a bit too careful adding too much cheese to this one. I only added some parmesan underneath the prosciutto and potatoes and it could have used a bit more. Right!? I love this oven so much!

Oh, we also did one with tomatoes that we had fried with a tiny bit of honey and salt (normally we'd just throw them in the oven at an extremely low temperature for 8 hours, but we were running out of time), goat and goat cheese and a tiny bit of balsamico glaze.

You guys, I bought an Ooni Koda Pizza Oven and it's the best thing ever. If the timecode doesn't work then jump to 6:10 Had some friends over yesterday and I had prepared a Neapolitan pizza dough and it puffed up as it should and tasted fucking phenomenal. We made basic pizzas, but also tried making a pizza with extremely thin slices of potatoes that had been in cold water with salt and oregano all day.
