Indeed it is. Artwork is lush though. If it has the same production values as the Omit boxset they put out earlier it might just be worth it.

Guys I discovered some really fucking gratifying music. A 4CD retrospective of lathe cuts put out by NZ-based Witcyst between 1993-1997. Expect some serious clang, lofi-fi abuse and bizarre instrumentation.

a bit cynical about my first listen as it seems like they've thrown a curve ball to their older fan base. though i did watch that EB documentary, which made it look like they had a blast recording this. fingers crossed.

Anyone who's up for a trip, watch Angst (1983)
One of the Craziest horror films I've ever seen.
Amazing cinematography, so many original ideas in this film.
Remember reading somewhere that it was a big inspiration for Gaspar Noe. Even if you're not into Gaspar, I recommend you still watch it.
Really great eerie music too
Angst, Man Bites Dog & Henry are the three best serial killer genre films ever made. I think.

have yet to see a better depiction of PTSD & the story is tone perfect, best film seen for a long while, zero fat on it, tight & cohesive, came out of the cinema blinking in a frazzled mood
Morvern Callar is another Lynne Ramsay collectable worth the watch if folks havent

Picked up a 5cd retrospective on Picadisk from Omit, a New Zealander known for his oddball minimalism. My first cd buy in a few years, very happy with this. 4 copies left on bandcamp. Big recommended.
This looks lush. Combined with the endorsement of Richard Chartier on BC, instabuy.
Very good call, sir! You won't regret it. The music is sooo fucking good.

Kathryn Bigelow's Detroit told pretty fucking grim story, but with really great performances on both sides of the cast. Not most realistic of films but certainly worth a watch.

Just watched the series finalise of Vice Principals. I was mostly entertained by its special brand of mean-spirited humour . Walton Goggins and Danny McBride's over the top performances were incredible too. Time to watch Eastbound!

curb your enthusiasm makes my brain hurt. so funny at times though. i think complaining to his wife about the sky box not working as she is ringing him, terrified, in a plane crash was one of my funniest tv moments ever.
