i know next to nothing about it, other than LFO are playing too, and a load of other guys.

where exactly is the old warehouse anyways?

i do enjoy the occasional ''i dont know anything about this gig other than it's gonna be fucking mint'' sort of events.

it seems an organisation has leased the old boddington's brewery for the next 12 weeks. they've spent a considerable amount of money converting it into a venue for weekly parties. i went on the opening weekend (it was only digweed and danny howells though), it was really good, and seeing autechre there will be fantastic. later this month.. 27/10 i think, a guy called gerald is playing along with jimmy edgar and a few others. there are some really good nights across the 12 weeks really.

ps the old brewery is down at the end of deansgate... kind of on the way to salford uni i think. you can't miss the huge chimney.. unless its nighttime maybe :)

ive decided to go to a LAN party instead as its probably less geeky than going to see ae et al. maybe next time.

Going to see AE is less geeky than posting on an AE board.

not real posh but there's a nice looking Days Inn next door to me, it's in a student area, piccadilly gardens and the arndale are only about 10 min walk away..
