Guest boo Posted December 25, 2010 Share Posted December 25, 2010 this is weird. i got some gruyere grand cru; traditionally cellar ripenened for at least 14 months and stuff. it tastes almost exactly like old amsterdam, but a bit nutty near the edges. does expensive gruyere always taste like old amsterdam?
