awepittance Posted October 9, 2008 Share Posted October 9, 2008 why are Dj's so fucking irritating sometimes, its like they feel guilty for not being able to make real tunes so they need to impose their 'tricks' on us when playing sets. jesus christ man just play the song, rewinding the record in fast motion is something was fun for me to try at age 8 when i first tried out a record play. Guest Soothsayer Posted October 9, 2008 Share Posted October 9, 2008 The thing w/rewinds that really gets me is that DJ's *never* let a track show its groove before being rewound, just 1-3 hits and bam, back to the beginning to wait for it again. It's like taking the "break" from an old rare groove track, but to an absurd degree. Are people really only into the big drop and that's it??? I know dnb suffered much the same problem. The Watch the ride Skream mix is quite a good un too, reminded me to get hold of the immense Caspa remix of TC's Where's My Money.
