If you don't think this is a bad idea in regards to older men watching it (the program airs later in night), being aroused and then eventually more and more people accept it as an acceptable thing. Skins is litrally just a program hellbent upon (whether intentionally or not): 1. Horny teenagers wanking thus increasing libido. 2. Older men/women watching it and seeing it as an acceptable thing to wank over during the night with the inevitable fact that more and more people are willing to accept that under-age sex is ok. However, by displaying this and having the general public opinion as it being more and more acceptable, I think shit like this could happen. Perhaps even sex with animals..
