My usual tactics on Left 4 Dead are to run like fuck to the end safe room and taunt anyone who can't keep up.

It's surprisingly easy to just bolt past every enemy you meet right to the end.

It's hilarious in online public matches.

But I do play regular team tactics with people I know. :ok:

Also, I don't actually have my copy with me right now. Just a heads up if I'm ever in a WATMM game.

The newest update makes it so you can't just run past the zombies. If you're surrounded by zombies or just attacked by more than a couple you're caught and have to shoot your way through them. It's extremely claustrophobic.

Bullshit, and I thought being stopped stone dead by one slap was annoying.

Can't wait to play the new Survival Mode they're bringing out.

Feels like something they should've had in the game to begin with.

I mean, it's practically built for that sort of thing.

Horde mode on Gears 2 was loads of fun, but it was too tactical.

Having dozens of undead charging at you nonstop will be intense. :omg:

We need to organize a WATMM survivor party.

Just don't give MS your credit card number (buy one of the prepaid "redeem code" cards) or you have to jump through hoops to get it to not auto-charge you every year.

Yeah, they're total ass when it comes to cancelling live accounts.

Just seen this guys thanks., and yeah I bought one of the prepaid redeem code cards, Dad had already done some research, cheers :). It's up for a whole year and he got a massive discount on it, good stuff!

And I am definetly up for this, not till the weekend though!

Starting to get slightly frustrated with some of the people in public servers... generally they're not too bad but even though they're cooperative, having to hear pre-pubescent kids talk about "teabagging the guy" is a real atmosphere-killer! Still, when it's good this game is probably the best multiplayer title I've ever played, and I'm not generally one for online first-person shooters. Playing through a couple of campaigns last night in a darkened room with my mate and two strangers, half-drunk, was just so fucking intense. If any WATMMers want a game, add me, my gamertag is Moth Eater.

Now, if we can get a WATMM match set up things will be way different. Playing with friends or people you know goes a long way. I'll be online tonight.

I expect nothing less than expert! Any other setting, then I only melee the tank! That said, it's more likely I'll be trying to bring the noise (unsuccessfully) on SFIV.

Although I preferred it before they made the update which fixed some issues, which, in my opinion, made the game really fun. We clocked the game a few times playign through normally, and yes it was fun. But getting on the wing of the plane on dead air, and seeing how long you could hold out without getting on the plane etc. that was always fun!

You can obviously delete the patch to play the original release, but you won't be able to play online :(

Oh well, still a class game.
