I saw this movie maybe 3-4 years ago and was in the middle of watching a film today when one of the scenes reminded me of this forgotten lego piece. Details: The protagonist is a female photographer Her and the husband/boyfriend leave to go on vacation by train to some foreign location... I think it was Russia. They meet a younger couple who end up to being drug dealers who are also being tailed by some clever cop. I remember they stored the drugs in one of those Matryoshka dolls.
