Guest Backson Posted February 13, 2010 Share Posted February 13, 2010 i think i'm at the point where i enjoy poorly made, unintentionally funny movies more that good ones. you know, like Troll 2, Biodome, Nicolas Cage's version of The Wickerman, the most recent Indiana Jones, Battlefield Earth, Dragonball etc... me and some friends have movie nights every once in a while where we get a handful of films that are either notoriusly bad, asian gore, old horror or sci fi, and cross our fingers that one of them is hilariously poorly made. anybody likeminded? Im not even sure if this has anything to do with the film with Owen Wilson. None of the same actors are in it as far as I know. And its produced by WWE, you know those wrestling lads. Starring one of the actors from Miami Vice. just consistently poor on every level. and i still have no idea what it was trying to achieve, it just seemed like alot of kidnapping / police / miami stereotypes, poorly linked together with a weak meaningless plot. also, filmed on a home camera in 1993. springymajig Posted February 13, 2010 Share Posted February 13, 2010 My brother looooves this kinda thing, and it used to piss me off a lot because he's constantly trying to get me to watch Dracula 3000 (I still haven't). But now I think I'll give them a chance because I've fallen in love with Troll 2, and also seeing the Dragonball movie in the cinema with a couple of friends was one of the best experiences I've ever had at the movies. It was so fantastically bad. Also, I recently found the old animated G.I.Joe movie and I loved it, partially cos it was nostalgic but also largely because it is so fantastically bad.
