I've always thought it might be the best thing he's done really, so I'm glad they finally released it on cd. I like Herbstlaub a lot too, but his more recent stuff is a little samey to me... Redruth Posted April 19, 2010 Author Share Posted April 19, 2010 herbstlaub is what familiarized me to marsen jules. its a truly mesmerizing album. nothing else of his has quite lived up to it but i still love everything that he has done. i'm eager to see what his next proper release will sound like, i have a feeling it will be something very special.
