Chris Moss Acid Posted May 22, 2010 Share Posted May 22, 2010 so while NHL10 is one of my favourite games of the last decade, little dribbles of NHL11 information is starting to come out. and from one little picture, showing the new hitting engine, it looks beautiful. they've sorted out the face graphics and...yes! this year it looks like there will finally be BROKEN STICKS!!! its only may but im pumped for september!! "All-New Real-Time Physics Engine in NHL 11" is the caption to the grab - manifested in this unidentified Blackhawk's asscheck of Pens winger Chris Kunitz. The broken stick adds a small touch of realism not accommodated until now. Obviously, that means EA Vancouver will have to program players to do something without them until they can get back to the bench for a new one. Chris Moss Acid Posted May 22, 2010 Author Share Posted May 22, 2010 yeah sure it might get annoying, but it cant be any more then the post whistle penaltys/fights on nhl10 or the strange tripping calls you get randomly there is a massive reason why it just wouldn't work on the pc anymore, because of the analogue shooting system,it really makes the game that much better. just owe it to yourself to get an xbox, for all the great games which are coming out over the summer Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
