This thought has occurred to me a few days ago and I simply have no answer... Lets say that you were in a situation that you had to choose... Would you be rather spat (no saliva, just cursed) or laughed at? Which one do you think is worse, and why? Thank you kindly for your answer and possible justifications of your choice. I could try, but I think I got the point. It might not have a "heart" involved as much as spitting at someone from the bottom of your stomach (somewhere around the heart area); unless I laughed fanatically and then simply laughed at their reactions...
