I think I love all of his stuff, to be honest. It's usually pretty chill and I can listen to it just about anytime. Nice and simple, and his voice blends very well with the instrumentation.

 

I definitely prefer his older stuff, my favourite of his albums being by far The Sea and the Rhythm EP, but the Woman King EP and the first disc of Around the Well tie for second..

But I also like the new stuff a lot... every track has a very different feel and sound, which for me is always a plus... if he put out five more 'The Creek Drank the Cradle' albums, I'd likely enjoy them, but I like progression in my artists.
