  1. wooooah coool. A combination of spoken word and ambient tones. What track does this remind me of? Something off SAW2? The scale sounds the same as one of his tracks "hat5c 0001 rec-4" innit?
  2. all the tracks he has put up are properly released already...unless i've missed something Did anyone get all the Global Communication remixes he took down? You mean this? Biosphere (µ-Ziq Remix) [Reload] Reload - The Augur (µ-Ziq Remix) Reload - The Augur ( µ-Ziq Remix 2) Reload - Peschi ( µ-Ziq Remix) Global Communication - Obselon Minos ( µ-Ziq Remix) http://https://mega.nz/#!uUcyyBCZ!eeSpxhBgv6Q4WxlLK-PzngdZPf1TUJC7WLknVoIwY_g

  4. hidden gem [youtubehd]xrOyAPLhsjM[/youtubehd] Oh yeah!
  5. jesus, what an absolute fucking belter! i might have to find that set actually. would love to hear that on SC, everything he's done in that style is just unbelievably good. its grabs me by the balls. Ditto, 4 ach is so sonically out there and slammin at the same time, same goes for triple-d (wax pls).I just love that metallic screech sound which kinda sounds like a printer of some sort. I can hear something similar In one of the new Mike & Rich tracks (Clissold Bathroom). [youtubehd]TgdYh7rgEmQ[/youtubehd] There's a really interesting snippet at 45:30 which feature the sounds that lay the foundation for 4 ACH and probably other tracks we haven't heard yet. Perhaps these sounds were generated by some old piece of hardware and then loaded into a sampler?
  6. Did anybody mention this earlier? It's happening guys (from Mike's instagram).
  7. [youtubehd]PKE9w8_nGYI[/youtubehd] I can't even imagine what the studio recording of this track sounds like *hint, hint*
  8. I agree with you about the similarities between 180dB and the Orphaned material, yet to me 180dB is not the only repetitive track on Syro. Aisatsana is quite minimalistic and repetitive as well imo - and I feel that it belongs less to Syro than 180dB does ! Yeah, ur right about that. Didn't consider it because i have gotten so used to it being there. I guess that one could have gone onto CCAI instead, i guess?.
  9. I think 180db would have gotten more appreciation if it would have been on deejay selek instead (i know the track is pre '06). It would also fit considering many of the tracks on that release are repetitive as well so it wouldn't have to be the black sheep of Syro. Although it is a pretty nice breath of fresh air from all the jittery rhythms and constantly evolving tracks on the album. I had the pleasure of hearing this track live in 2011, which i think is the best way to listen to it (same goes for a lot of tracks but you know what i mean). That kick drum just tears the roof off.
  10. Haha, was going to make a post telling you guys to stop or else we'll piss of joyrex again.
  11. Had a similar dream not too long ago about erik jongs stuff going up on bandcamp with the same black cover art and having my favorite track as the last one on the tracklist. I listened through them and then woke up feeling like something was taken from me.
  12. is s/he completely black with just that white spot on her chest? just like my previous cat <3 Yeah, man. They're orphans, so if i hadn't found them in the shed a little over a year ago they'd be dead by now! When i found this one, he was just a little fat ball of fur.
