  2. Since explaining this involves spoilers for those who haven't watched the entire series: I meant his motivation as a person. It's kind of weird to have a photo of your sister on you unless you have a specific purpose for it. c'mon that's totally nitpicking tho, he coud've easily stoled that photo from Billy (William) who was her groom or fiance or whatever, he seemed like a conniving little fuck anyways Is it? The photo is the single plot device that gets the story rolling. It should be iron clad. Who the fuck is walking around with Polaroids in 2052? Well I doubt they were allowed to bring in their phone/tablet thingies everyone running the park has, so perhaps William had the picture for sentimental reasons, and Logan took it?
  3. That was their typical backwards Nintendo way to combat piracy.... smh But, isn't piracy bad? Yes, piracy is bad - but restrictive, crippling DRM that hurts legitimate buyers more than the pirates is worse IMO.

  5. Haven't tried it, but I can't imagine the mellow beats of LD Spectrum going any faster tbh...
  6. Still listening to LD Spectrum to this day...
  7. Well said, Todd - thanks for clearing things up. That's a good argument, span.
  8. Guy running this just got in touch with me to say this (he says he posted this on Facebook as well):
  9. yea but they didnt sell the records exclusively from richard's grandma's bakery in Cornwall Yes, that is true, but is similar to the "exclusivity" by which Rephlex operated... I am still smh over that one...
  10. This is kinda how Rephlex operated, with some releases being vinyl-only, and even when digital downloads became the norm, they were very hesitant to embrace that, preferring physical copies.
  11. Here's the soundtrack if you like it (I do): https://open.spotify.com/embed/album/2poAUFGkHetMzM4xzLBVhY
  12. according to who ? Laura Kate Dale, "she" has proven to be a pretty reliable Nintendo leak source so far. From Software is listed as a Switch developer... I'd hope they'd put one of their new IPs on it though instead.
  13. Someone's set out to make retro gaming easier than ever: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/retroengine-sigma-mini-console-media-player-cool#/ Looks really good; hopefully this sees the light of day!
  14. they board a train (presumably underground), which then probably comes out of a tunnel somewhere up above. It seems the train is the only 'normal' way guests enter the park (both William and Logan rode in on the train), and the show trolled us with Teddy riding in on it as well, only to turn out to be a host. The staff have those neat hidden elevators stashed in various locations.
  15. Yeah it seems a bit suspicious that none of the employees ever seem to leave the complex. Granted, a park of that scale would need to be in some secret remote location.. I think the 24-hour nature of the park requires them to be on the premises all the time. I found it kinda funny there is a resort inside well, a resort! (where Sizemore was drinking). The resort is where guests are quartered to 'decompress' after their stay in the park. I guess a week or more of murdering and raping might have an effect on you that you ought to deal with before returning to the real world. But how is the real world anyways? And where is the park? Is it even on Earth? Or could it be underwater? From the external shots they've shown, it appears the management facility is inside the park itself, and looks like it is outside, but considering there have been no weather events (beyond day and night) of note, I wonder if it is inside somewhere, with the 'sky' being part of the park...
