I just bought a fucking jar of avjar and put it on some quesadillas that I made and also with some sliced and chopped tomatoes, onions and avocado. That is good eating.
Also got some wood cut this morning for a 2 tier keyboard stand and now I have a great 2 level desk for music maiming.

At that price you could get a Tip-Top Z-DSP module, the Halls ofValhalla card, one of those little Moog racks like the Mother-32 comes in, and a stereo i/o module, and probably have some money left over to get a cheap LFO or something to put in there with it, and you'd probabably be better off, as much as I do love the BAM.
That's a great idea. Pretty sure this will be my first venture into eurorack somewhere in the next few months.
Just took delivery of a quadraverb and a bcr2000. If the deal goes through tomorrow I'll be picking up a modfactor. Finally getting some nice hw effects

Just got Legowelt Classics 1998 - 2003 from my local plastic slinger, had no idea this was coming out (repress apparently?) So many great things on here, Strange Girl is a fucking great track. Damn.

Nice find! Tape delay is the best, I got an RE-150 in nonworking condition for next to nothing years ago and repaired it. One of the most indispensable pieces of gear I've ever owned and worth every bit of hassle, I'd get rid of almost anything else before I got rid of it. And I'm also a fan of a lot of plugins, ITB stuff can sound great but nothing I've used responds like the real thing even though there's plenty of software (and digital hardware) that's just as useful in its own way.
Ah, nice! The RE's will forever be the reference point for tape delays so comparing the echocord to it is probably pointless but I hope I'll be able to see it as its own thing and not constantly compare it to the roland sound.
Was it a big repair? This will be my first actual vintage piece in a long time (not counting a simple sds200 module) but it's been completely serviced and a bunch of new tape loops are included.

Just bought my first dedicated delay unit, a dynacord echocord s76. Bought it on kind of a whim but feels good to finally be able to try an actual tape-delay after years of messing around with plugin versions (a lot of which I really, really like btw).

There's a whole bunch of editors available for the blofeld. Bigglesworth is free, available for win/lin/mac and seemed to work quite well, haven't tested if very extensively though as I mostly use patrickdsp's m4l editor. Obviously only an option if you're ok with using a computer.

I kind of stopped giving a shit about anything outside my job. And food I guess lol. A friend asked me to go out to some shows this weekend and I had zero interest. Haven't been making tunes and I'm kind of getting bored with my music library. Gaining weight. I don't think I'm depressed or anything but I don't really feel stoked about anything. I guess I should fill the void with things like exercise, meditation, reading actual books, etc.
Watching way too many Red Letter Media videos about movies I don't plan to ever watch.
