An apple (Gala variety, bought in a bag of six from Tesco express), a medium sized mug of PG tips tea (from a tea bag, with semi skimmed cow's milk from a cow) - the water came from my tap and I boiled it using a kettle

They're awesome, if you've not read Day of the Triffids, I highly recommend it - also watch the 1981 TV adaptation, it's better than anything on TV currently

I watched The Crow, Stalker and Ghost World. Stalker I'll have to watch a few more times to understand, the sound effects were very evocative - I kept having the feeling that this is an adult version of when as a kid you'd go off exploring somewhere (a cave or a wood) and as you go you make up a story about the place you're in and you feel like you're on an adventure. Ghost World was very relateable. The Crow I used to have on VHS - it's a stupid film for several reasons, but maybe even bad stuff can inspire you - not sure quite how this film could, but it's possible. One or two moments were interesting - when t-bird was saying 'this is the really real world, there aint no coming back' etc. How pitiable the bad guy's half sister was occasionally - 'I like the pretty lights' etc.

Bamfoo ftw! And also Adventure Time ftw! What normally triggers your anxiety? What patterns of behaviour start when you become anxious? (sorry if I've missed a post earlier in the thread that explained this, I don't have time to read it all right now) Check out as much of Maria Bamford's comedy, interviews etc. as you can btw, she might help you (she won't hurt you anyway) :) It acts up when I don't drink. I'll check out her stuff when I get home tonight, thanks for the tip! =) Oh you're a drinker huh, well people numb down in different ways - but were you anxious a lot before you started drinking?
