Here's a gem from my neck of the woods

I want the governments of the world to temporarily seize the means of production through their violence monopoly and redirect it all towards creating a new Autechre album

But why did they take a kid from a different continent instead of a local kid ? How does that make a more compelling case ?
-
But why did they take some 11 year old from a different continent to go and give a speech about climate change ? She even points out the absurdity of that in the beginning of the video.

Seems like she's just getting angry at people. That's neither healthy nor productive. Think about the resources that were wasted to fly her that far when they could have gotten any kid from the local school.

She needs to calm down

One of my coworkers played that song last fall as we were digging sweet potatoes

I think this audio was originally recorded for some art installation. Steven Stapleton later reworked this to be more interesting for personal listening

Good ol' Wound's droney classic has always been my staple
It's especially mesmerizing when you find out where the sounds came from

The answer to this one (in context) is clearly American Psycho, go on to describe in great detail how you appreciate the scene where Patrick Bateman is explaining Huey Lewis and the News in depth to two hookers while also instructing them to eat ass. Then casually drop "Oh and the decapitation of his coworkers was great too".
Actually, he talks about Huey Lewis before he murders Paul Allen. He talks about Whitney Houston when he's with the prostitutes.

I've never noticed before, but this album actually sounds a lot like something I would have recorded.
No wonder nobody likes my music. . . .

More like Israeli controlled territory

There's something about ambient Hawaiian sounds that's just really cool. Warm and lonely at the same time. Like a solitary walk along the coast on a summer night after a humid day. It's like a really peaceful kind of gloom.

Reading my original posts in this thread is funny. I actually did end up having a psilocybin experience since then and yet my opinion of hallucinogens still hasn't changed.
Mostly I just think it's a waste of money that could be spent on geer instead.
But I do drink unreasonable amounts of coffee daily, if that counts.
It does seem a little eerie to me how cannabis has become such a revered and ubiquitous thing in our society over the last century. I think our "substance society" is indicative of the general state of things and our eagerness to escape from the problems that are too systematic to solve.

It's shocking the lengths people go to avoid admitting that they're wrong about even the pettiest little details. The Mandela Effect is an extremely convoluted and stupid attempt at becoming infallible. I'm not convinced, though. I think the much more likely explanation for these things is that humans sometimes make mistakes, especially with negligible details that don't have any effect on our lives.

This doesn't answer my question, but this one seems even more petty and strange. . . .

So I have been pronouncing it right. Good to know.

Was this in response to Nebraska's post ? Because that article is about Cody Wilson, not Adam Fannin.
