  1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4QQNPlnqBEM may or may not be your cup of tea, but this show from the 90s had lots of great stand up comedians doing their routines on the psychiatrists couch with beautiful animation.
  2. supposing it's released on cd and not 7" vinyl, thats like 24 cds, maybe round it up to 30, not bad. Accordion gatefold? :) 70s game show theme-style?
  3. I dunno, what if you get to infinity and the track is shit?
  4. Yes, really looking forward to getting into these tracks!

  10. some new comments about this one uploaded in Syrobonkers interview, apparently one of his earliest tracks
  11. CCAI2 at 45rpm is how I believe the record was intended. I know all other formats are stuck at "standard" speed, but the tracks seem to fit better and combine into 2-3 distinct. Highly recommend, if you haven't. In fact there are two audible interruptions into the recording space. One sounds like a person accidentally walking in or saying something during recording. The tones and resonance of the instruments themselves sounds more accurate. totally agree
  12. You put more work into that than Warp did into the original advertisement. *f5's lobster-ep.com*
  13. I agree it is pretty homogenous or maybe thematic is more accurate, odjs is pretty consistent the whole way through, as is ccai2, even Syro come to think of it... maybe its a later development, these kind of thematic releases. I would even say Analord is like a variations on a theme, a lot of explorations within certain parameters. Maybe the collage style album was an earlier approach and with drukqs he probably reached a nexus of being varied and yet somehow overall coherent to reach his new album style. Nothing wrong with it in my opinion. Having listened to this a bunch of times I don't have any analysis or anything, just really enjoying another solid Aphex release!
