This one is pretty relentless. The alt art is pretty sick, too

That was fun and the music was amazing. Was able to score the smoke vinyl. Def good to see some watmmers as well.
All 3 albums are sick. For those of you who haven’t heard it yet, urine for a treat...

I suspect they would have kept this possibility in mind while designing the new set..? I know they take into consideration what it will sound like in various performance spaces, on big sound system, when making these sets (and I think that's why they were opposed to releasing soundboards for such a long time, cause it wouldn't sound the way it was intended to sound?). But I wonder if now, with the world being the way it is for the foreseeable future, they might have tailored the new set to be played on people's home systems, during some sort of live broadcast. It might be like another NTS Session, only live for real this time
Not for nothing but Rob deserves a shit ton more credit for how those onesix sets sound. They are like candy for my speakers.
And damn, a NTS-style live set broadcast would be amazing

diy. snatched the graphics from their myspace page (of all places lel), vectorized the fuck outta them et voilà. particularly happy how the fake screen static meshes with the texture of the anthracite grey one.
how did you vectorize that??

1993-now
Following along with their creative journey has been the most rewarding for me of any of my favorite artists. I jumped on around 98 after I discovered Tri Rep and it totally blew my mind. I have been a fan ever since.

I remember when I first joined watmm way back when - he was an immediate standout. Such a unique and wild character. He had a very sharp wit and was part of that OG crew but was incredibly welcoming and open. Also, quite a handsome chap. I chatted with him quite a few times and was lucky enough to meet up with him a couple years ago before the Aphex Brooklyn show. He was just as unique in person. He definitely had a way about him. I’m gutted for his friends and family. And that includes his friends and family on bdb and watmm. It’s a loss for all. And he will be missed, no question.
Cheers, Salvy. And rest in peace, brother.

jack dangers on boc remixing "prime audio soup:"
But the best thing about it is that we put it out as a single, and then Boards Of Canada did a remix of it. It’s brilliant. Best remix I ever got done by anyone. They spent ages. They spent a long time doing it.
HOW IN THE ACTUAL FUCK HAVE I NEVER HEARD THIS?
