that story about Roedelius shouting on you after collaboration with him and Fennesz reminds me of story behind performing and recording of MIMEO - 'The Hands Of Caravaggio' but in opposite way — John Tilbury was patient and behaved with dignity and respect (but was really shocked, according to memoirs) btw, do you know Marcus Schmickler?

Man, Second Peng is one of the most positive and most motivating tracks I have ever heard - a space highway really. That said, your good/evil thing is absolutely super-subjective. first of all, i probably misspeeched and didn't mean that Second Peng is "evil", it has humor, enegry and "fun" to it, i mentioned is as an example of "speaking music" - it has it's "evil" vibe, but in a fun way secondly i am not implying that my seeing is objective - my subjectiveness is the reason i asked this question to the authors of the subject. yeah we get ya, this kind of evil fun - he can see the insects clearly.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8VJK5YpMLZY great example he feels great and having lots of fun, that's for sure http://coub.com/view/3j7oz8db

what sample rate do you use, when synthesizing and mixing? you were mentioning renoise native reverb in 2008, in article ('easy to be hard' @ remixmag) about gear used in Quaristice, saying that it sounds very 'grey'. do you remember which one of two (Reverb or mpReverb) and in which track off Quaristice? can you give some hints on this? what do you think about mr. oizo's post-'moustache' output? did you saw his recent films? thank you!

its been changed quite a lot since oversteps, on that tour it was expressly designed to drive the sequencing for outboard nord synths. the load i would get on a thinkpad w/48mb ram, was higher at one time that i could on later macs (PPC 7200), but not a true or fair comparison, cos i reckon the reliance on plugin inserts had shot right up in mac os compared to windows. once when we used an early mac laptop for live work, we also opted to get an IBM thinkpad so we had both at the same time. the thinkpad ran windows version of NM editor amongst other things exclusive to PCs in a live set. i think that granular synth was Granulab, what video, i wouldn't mind taking a look. Sorry, I couldn t find it on Youtube but you two watched at the back when something sounded like broken or something similar. You were using a cellphone at the time of that sound happening, maybe. from ~4:30 mark

What's the reference to deco loc? Just vaguely similar title? Yes. Do you have other examples of two Ae titles that similar? Moreover the current fanboy theory of which i'm a supporter is that, since Quaristice at least, titles contain or even consists of references to the production methods and sound sources itself.
