okay, so i was sent some very nice printshop-ready stuff by an associate which i opened in CS4

and it was weird - it didn't seem to offer measurements in pixels for it, just inches/cm/picas and DPI

not too odd, i thought, cos it was as i said, printshop-ready. pantones and rich blacks and all that.

i'm somewhat of a PS noob. the settings are now stuck to inch/cm measurements and DPI, and pixels are still gone (in, for example, scale image).

and i can't find the setting to put it back.

help watmm

im not sure exactly what the problem is, but I know when ever I go to adjust picture sizes in photoshop it default goes by inches and I have to pull down where it says inches to pixels? maybe that might be what your talking about

nope, that dropdown menu NO LONGER HAS PIXELS

it has inches, yards, picas, and nautical fucking miles as well as an additional dots per inch setting

but no pixels
