Not really. If you're talking about paint, black is all of the colors together. If you're talking about light, then white is all of the colors together. Zoom in and look at the pixels. this works in the same way that when you mix paints you get a different colour. your eye is mixing the colours next to each other giving you the perception of blue and green. cool trick.
