I'm pretty sure this has been mentioned at least 3 times and there has been a thread on it many months ago. I couldn't for the life of you tell you how to find it though, and yes it does look very good.

i dont know about good. When i saw the trailer during district 9 i was a bit put off by the whole wacky self-parody zombie feel. Its like someone wanted to capitalize on fans of the zombie genre but couldnt write a decent script so they decided to make some ridiculous self-aware shaun of the dead spinoff where they dont need to make an effort to make interesting characters or plot just as long it has zombies, gore, one-liners and probably some tits.

Then again this is just a trailer, so we'll see how it does. Still, i'd like to see a bit more "innovation" within the zombie genre, less cash-cow popcorn flicks.

the first time I saw the trailer it got me thinking about zombie movies vs attitudes on life. if you're good at killing zombies, driving away, hiding, whatever, you're not that much more likely to die than in ordinary life crossing the street or something. but even outside of zombie movies some people run around panicking all the time. so why should they be scary? the happy go lucky blowing shit up/killing dead people would be a nice change from super serious blowing shit up/killing live people hollywood usually does. then again I'm not the biggest horror fan and the studio prolly was also just thinking the same thing about woody harrelson.

We'll ignore Diary.

Someone should put George A. Romero in a home. He hasn't done anything right since Dawn of the Dead.

Btw. Here's the Red Band trailer for Zombieland

Looks awesome as shit.

did you see "Slither"? It was written and directed by James Gunn, who wrote the screenplay to the DOTD remake. It is a horror comedy of epic proportions. Highly underrated. Came out in '06 maybe? I dunno, but ya gotta see it. It's def in my top 20 of the decade. Way better than the DOTD remake.

On a dif tip, James Gunn also wrote the screenplay to tromeo & juliet, when he was 17-18 or some shit. Crazy.
