Cat owners there reasoned that the province's hot summer spell and a stressful love life for their felines were causing wings to appear. Scientists were not convinced. Haven't you people been through the Ripley's archive? The sheer number of 2 headed animals, siamese twins etc., genetic mutations simply happen.
