Guest Enter a new display name Posted February 28, 2010 Share Posted February 28, 2010 it is unseasonally warm up here. we typically get a couple week stint in february of warm weather, but it briskly drops down to -40. it's been hovering around 0 for about a month now, it's insane. This scenario is a bit similar here. Even Washington DC, where snow is rare, had more precipitations than Montreal, that is known for its snowfalls.
