This has to be an example of bad management, one of the biggest director founded FX houses along with ILM and WETA, this is the brand that did work on Avatar, Titanic etc. and who knew Dan Marino was an owner?

So it was loaded with debt before it went public ? And now people that wanted to buy it are going to get it for a song. Just guessing, the usual MO. Although maybe they weren't getting enough paid work. Can't be fucked looking it up ...
