hokum Posted August 6, 2013 Author Share Posted August 6, 2013 Okay... cool... great feeds... I did some re editing and slowed it down a bit... I used a cv splitter to get the inverse of a trigger release... this allows percussion to play on the release end as a back beat. in this case it's more of a synthy slider that wooshes after each beat... i reduced the bass a bit, but still have it over compressed till i can work out a balance on how i like it to crush but preserve background noises Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The drums are really smooth, I really like em, I dunno if its where they were recorded or what but the very nice. And nice use of vocal samples. Reminds me of 1969 live at lighthouse, when the voice suddenly becomes MASSIVE near the end (or at least what I imagine it sounded like in person).
