  1. No can do - this is a one-time only deal. Was intended on being released then ;) Possibly the same reason side D is named as side G That's how Richard named the files - it comes from ABB4 being labeled sides "A" and "N", and CAT023 was supposed to be labeled "A-L-O-G", - sort of a series in a way. Your email address will suffice - send it to webmaster@watmm.com - I can look it up and see if your payment was registered or not.
  2. Yes, the download voucher emails are going out - don't panic if you haven't gotten yours yet, etc. - email is funny like that.
  3. No, I really do mean that - I don't see anything happening tonight/this weekend. I plan on updating the Kickstarter page as well with an official update.
  4. This was for the alpha, beta is next month I think. Hardline is indeed a laugh, definitely lets you live out the Michael Mann's 'Heat' dream. No, Bungie's site said June 12 - people are already supposedly getting their beta codes (if what's being said on Bungie's Facebook page for Destiny are true). "Beta begins on 07/17/14 on PS4™ system and PS3™ system. Soon after on Xbox One and Xbox 360. Beta date subject to change." (Bungie) I know the alpha codes went out yesterday because, well... I was sent one :) Ah, damn - I always get June/July mixed up! Yes, yes it does - now, only if they'd do Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks in a similar way (although there are rumours about a Majora's Mask remake being in the cards).
  5. Honestly folks, I wouldn't hold out hope anything will happen tonight - good things come to those who wait (and I know you all have waited (im)patiently long enough!

  7. I'm still waiting for my Beta code (which I should have gotten since I preordered)! Battlefield Hardline Beta is pretty cool/fun - think Battlefield in a cops vs robbers setting/urban combat.
  8. No word yet back from the powers that be - probably still reviewing the material, etc. Will let you know when I know.
  9. If it went straight from vinyl to CD-R, that suggests to me that someone used one of those shitty all-in-one Crosleys or whatever that let you burn a disc straight from a rip. Obviously the popular AB5 rip does not sound bad at all, so I suspect this lineage is erroneous. At any rate, even if a CD-R was involved at some point, the files are 16-bit/44.1kHz anyway, so nothing would have been lost there. Ah, I see - yeah, it doesn't sound bad, but still wondering.
  10. As you all ofcourse know ; a pretty god rip og AB5 can be found at dimeadozen. AFX (aka Aphex Twin) Analogue Bubblebath 5 Rephlex CAT034EP (Vinyl Test Pressing Only) 1995 Lineage: CDR(1) > EAC > WAV > FLAC 1.1.0 -8 Source: Unreleased Vinyl Test Pressing File Size: 233mb (flac -8) I hope for something never heard before as bonus. LOL @ the "lineage" - CDr as source? so if it went vinyl to CDr, that means the audio was capped at 16-bit/14400, right? Then, reduced again by FLAC conversion? Wouldn't that make it less than stellar (I personally don't care THAT much about audio fidelity, but some here do)?
  11. That's what WATMM had, when it had a site proper attached to it... I'm... working on it
  12. Please stop with the fake "I got the tracks" - there are a lot of people who are not WATMM members keeping up on this thread, and you're only confusing them. NOTHING HAS GONE OUT - YET.
  13. LOL, how could I? The digital files aren't back from the studio - yet. Trust me, when I hear it at long last, I WILL TELL EVERYONE HOW AWESOME IT IS. *Goes back listening to... something* Oh you bastard, Joyrex. Stop teasing!! Or .. continue. I don't mind really. We'll have "something" in a few days I presume.

  15. Turned out I was being a numpty and you don't need any motion controls at all for this game - not even a sensor bar, since the Wiimotes pair via Bluetooth... Nice game, but I don't think it (or Smash Bros.) will save Nintendo at this point. The thing is what will save Nintendo? WiiU has got Pikmin, Mario, Mario Kart and now Smash Bros. I think a couple more big name games should be enough to make buying one worthwhile. Anyway, I hope Nintendo doesn't go down, because the 3DS is almost the only place where I recognise the gaming I grew up with. I don't picture myself ever getting an XBOX, which is funny because the original XBOX picked up on the Dreamcast's legacy at first, but sadly gaming ended up following a different path... tbh this generation is pants, nintendo, sony and microsoft alike What I think would save Nintendo right now? Drop the damn gamepad (a-la Kinect) from the package. Make it optional for those who want it. Replace it with one or two Classic Controllers. Lower the price to 149/99 USD. Provide an exact release date for a new Zelda game (not a HD remake).
  16. Not at all - they bought 528USD worth of copies for everyone in the WARP office and thought this was an amazing idea/project! Please don't state things like that - MFM is NOT being mastered, nor is included with the CWLP download. Good grief. But yeah really StephenG, go look up some. It's classic Americana. There's probably a knock-off Canadian version called Little Maples or something, but go with the real thing. Am I the only one who didn't pay for a copy of the CW release? I'm honestly just quite worried I won't care much for the material (though I love the Polygon Window/SAW V1 era RDJ) and that the quality might be close to shit. Not that I'm worried they won't rip the vinyl right, but I'm worried that the songs themselves are bad quality as far as production goes. There won't be any options to purchase the digital after it's released, correct? I'm afraid to say you've made a grave error - there will be no further sales of the CWLP (other than the Ebay auction, which you're welcome to go after). Gah, so hard to keep. my. mouth. shut! *deep breath* Please be patient - not much longer - could be measured in 10's of hours at the most.
  17. Erm, no - I never said any of the SAW85-92 "outtakes" ended up on CAT023 - I think you're confusing the Mike P interview I did with him about CAT023 where in his description of the tracks mentioned SAW85-92 era sounds. AFAIK, the CAT023 tracks are probably all what Richard considered to be "Caustic Window" tracks when he composed them, as he's said before he groups/classifies his tracks by his many aliases.

  19. LOL your avatar goes so well with my response I don't know why people think that this endeavour will affect the potential selling price of the vinyl. last I checked, the original pressings of the Boards of Canada records have kept their value, despite the recent mass repressings. Indeed... and it might not just be the CWLP that is offered... AB5 or maybe MFM, it can't be owt else, can it? To determine what's possible, one must discount everything that is impossible, which will leave only that which is possible.

  21. OK, the PayPal page is closed now - everyone just sit tight and... wait.
  22. I just ordered it for my daughter - is it true you can use a regular (not MotionPlus) Wiimote with it? I don't have any MotionPlus Wiimotes...
